Is the hair provided with your style?
Yes! Hair is provided for every style except crochet styles. Xpression Kanekalon hair is used.
Does my deposit go towards your appointment?
Yes! You’re $25 NONrefundable deposit goes towards the total cost of your service. Your balance will be due at the appointment
How should you prepare your hair for your appointment?
Hair should be washed and blow dried (with a comb attachment). If you can’t blow dry your hair please come with your hair detangled sectioned and in large twists or plaits.
What if your running late?
Please notify me if you are running behind. If you are more than 30 minutes late you will be charged a $15 late fee, one hour late $25 late fee. If you are more than an hour late you have the option of keeping your appointment but will have to change the style to the remaining time allotted for your appointment. If you are 30 minutes late and have not called to inform me your appointment will be cancelled and marked as a no-call/no-show.
What form of payment do you accept?
Balances can be paid in cash or card, cash is HIGHLY PREFERRED.
Do you take walk-ins?
No, I work by appointment only
Do you schedule appointments late at night?
No
How long does your hair have to be to book an appointment?
I require 4 inches of length all around (if you have a tapered hair cut or shaved sides please consult via text before booking)
What happens if I need to reschedule?
You should be able to reschedule through the confirmation email sent to you when you initially booked your appointment. You are allowed to reschedule ONCE without having to pay another deposit.
Do I do travel appointments?
No I do not.

Is the salon wheel chair accessible?
Unfortunately no, there are about 5 steps to the entrance.

Do I service kids?
I DO NOT style little kids hair. Feel free to book an appointment for your daughter age 13 and up. Pricing is the same!
